Belkin Router Firewall/Router trouble

I have a Belkin F5D5231-4 and when I try to view Video on Demand (VOD) segments on web sites, I am unable to view the video. If I remove the device, I have no problem viewing the material. The video segments are at http://www.learner.org. I have tried openning various ports and disabling the firewall function of the router without any success. Can someone help me?
