it would clean up nicely using audacity with the noise removal effect.

what you have to do first is record another small sound file with ONLY the mic noise, then splice the 2 files putting the mic noise at the beginning. Then use the noise effect by selecting just the mic noise to get the profile, then selectALL and apply the filter to remove just the mic noise.

Do you have the original files other than MP3 format?

ive been using audition to do the noise profile, and i guess its working pretty well now, see the thing is though that the noise is constantly changing the connection was bad and someone was bumbing the mic... ill see ho well i can get it. i have it in wav but its 107 MB

I'm uploading now. 107MB file.

There were 3 different noise profiles, the female voice doesn't come in well...so I had to amplify in parts, the entire piece wasn't in stereo...fixed that....uhh...bunch of problems with the sound dude. I'm going to try a different technique and just upload an Mp3 but this is pretty good...especially the end.

Keep an eye on this link...should be done in about 20 minutes.
