Windows Media Player 10 - Streaming Audio Prob? (easy question)

Post by Tuz76 »

Hi Guys,

Im sure its a setting but here goes.

I am trying to view the video on this page...
http://sixtyminutes.ninemsn.com.au/sixt ... ry_693.asp

Ok well running Windows XP Pro
Tried with BOTH firefox and InternetExplorer
Running Zonealarm Pro, Spyware Blaster, Spybot (immunised)

When I try and click on the link, it opens up a window and then hangs! It says 'done' and nothing happens even if I click on the play button. Whats supposed to happen is it says 'connecting to media' then 'buffering' then play but with my PC theres obviously something blocking it.

Is it a WMP10 settingm, or is it a firewall setting? Zonealarm has full rights assigned to WMP10.

Please can someone help me out?

Thanks

Page and video opened OK. Could be your browser security settings. I ran zone alarm for a while and my browser crashed a lot. Was told ZA is spyware. Now use AVG

ZA isn't spyware but it is a resource hog.

Sygate Personal Firewall is very good.
