banner ads cover up pull dwn menus

i have noticed both
the vonage "move in with me"add &
the alienware add

stay on top of the menus that you open forexample if you hover over reviews......the list goes behind the add and you can't navigate the pull down menu

Some flash adds do that, but being a premium member...

It's a known problem with Flash taking the top layer, there is no solution that I'm aware of currently.
