Anybody know what the hecks going on here?

Something is using a bunch of cpu cycles in one of my boxes. Check out the picture below. Nothing is running, or at least I don't have anything running.

Anybody have any idea what's causing this?

Here are my system specs:

P4 3.0 running mildly overclocked @ 15 x 220fsb (3300mhz)
Epox 4PDA2 mobo
512mbs ram
Generic Geforce 2 MX400
20gig drive for OS and swap/scratch disk
80gig drive for render
BTC 8x DVD recorder
Tried both WinXP and 2K, same result

Looks like a screencapture app printkey.exe

Hard to say what Dll the two instances of RunDLL32.exe are loading.. Look in msconfig.exe (start--> Run--> msconfig)

Winamp agent.. obviously.

And also interrupts and DPCs.. Not sure with those.. but the rest are all normal system services.

Printkey is what I ran to do the screen capture. Winampa.exe doesn't seem to affect anything when I unload it.

msconfig I don't believe is available in Win2K, at least it doesn't come up for me as being installed.

gooboo, can you post a windows task manager screen shot of the processes..it will help to decipher those items included in the "system" part of your existing screen shot.

I think I've located what's causing it. If I don't install Nero 6, it runs fine. I'll just leave it at that and use Ulead DVD Workshop.
