Can't change my homepage for IE!

Post by kpxryda »

Somehow it is set at http://www.najer.com and it will not change no matter what I do. I've run Spybot, Ad-Aware, Hijackthis and even tried to change it from the registery. Does anyone have a clue on what I should do next? Thanks.

PS What happened to the colors on this forum? Feels like Halloween.

What happens when you open IE settings and set the home page to

Code: Select all

about: blank
?

Does it reset the homepage again?

If you have the immunize feature of spybot enabled you will not be able to change the home page.

Not entirely true. Only if you have the lock the home page box checked will you not be able to change it.
