Yeah, it looks like it could be a tripod, but the first one looks like a longer exposure time, with the guy in the pic stepting back really quick (to much dr.seus on tv lol)

2nd one, long exposure, kida choped? 3rd one, bright light above the hood with mist/fog

read the manual of the camera in question, it should tell ya.
