Why is my eyeball in pain?
Why is my eyeball in pain?
it is odd, it started hurting yesterday for no reason, i bought some visine and applied, but the pain returned, when i went to be i put some more on it then went to bed, it was hard though cause it hurt worse by closing my eye lids, thankfully eventually i feel asleep and did get a good nights sleep, except it is still hurting, sleeping didn't fix it, my eye looks fine in the mirror, but it still hurts

Many people don't know this but there is a nerve behind the eyes that connects right to your testicles. I think it's called the "testopitcal" nerve. This is why when you see a good looking woman, you "get wood". Too much fapping tends to stretch this nerve and irritate it. Keep your hands on the keyboard and off your manhood and things should be fine in the morning.
Sliding down the banister of life ..........................
If hurts when you blink you have something in it. hold your head down and blink or try spalshing water into it. If you can't get any sort of relief go to the hospital. When I was a kid I got a piece of metal stuck in my eye. blinking wound up scratching my eyeball all up and I had to go to the hospital.

Alright, now you got me really worried
Is it possible to much Beta Carotene or Vitamin A could adversely effect your eyes?

dude if it's scratchy when you blink you'll know if something is in there. You'll sense it. The main thing is NOT to rub it( no not your member your eye!!). splash cool water into it while holding your head down.

Go to your Optometrist ASAP. If that is not an option...go to your local Hospital Emergency to have it checked out.
It could be many things, but you only get one set of eyes and they are not to be taken lightly.
It is probably eye strain, or something of that nature, but best to find out.
I too had a sharp pain in my eye and the next thing i knew i had a detached retina. Not a good thing. The jell at the back of the eye hardened and wham-mo!
Don't wait to find out the hard way like i did.

I was going to post a link to that thread, but the SG search results for "bullsh|t" were too numerous
sometimes you have to think outside the box to get inside the box

So you haven't felt the pain yet, John. Oh well... one day soon.
Go to the doc and get it checked out Brent.
Rule of thumb...... if it doesn't feel right - check it out.
Particularly the testoptical nerve.
Croc.

GO TO THE DOCTOR ASAP
No joke, like someone else said you only have one set of eyes.
My grandfather was blind from the age of 12, because back then he had a minor problem but his parents never took him to the doctor, and he lost his eyesight.
Not saying this is the same thing but whenever it comes to the eyes take it serious.

Update on my eye
Yesterday I continued to take the visine and prayed about it, and througout the day the pain subsided.
Its not 100%, but it is much much better now.
I'm thinking maybe something was in there and it scratched my eye. I've looked all around my eye, i can't see anything foreign in there, and I have washed my eyes out now.
So maybe it just needs time to heal, so far no vision problems at all, and its much better today then it was yesterday.
So we'll see what happens, right now it seems positive.

I will say it once more...Go to an Eye Specialist Now!
There is little if any warning with the eye's. They simply become a problem and once that takes place it may well be too late.
Have it checked out, if nothing, then nothing lost...if something you may well have saved your sight.
