I have an Athlon64 X2 4400 for my CPU. I also have an Nvidia 8800GTS 640MB vid card.
So what folding client should I be using and how should I configure it?

Either the multicore console client and the GPU client or 2 instances of a single core client, each configured with diff IDs, 1 and 2.
The GPU client is on their beta page.
I would keep alot of stuff simple, 256-512 megs for ram, smaller file sizes if you game on the PC, no to IE settings... I forget the others but you should be able to answer them on your own.
