ipconfig /flushdns did not work I'm running WinXp.........

I tried restoring and I have checked my iE settings but the ip still times out.

Checked firewall settings already still nothing works. Can anyone save me from reformatting my harddrive?.

I have kaaza lite and I run spybot search & destroy on a regular basis.

about downloading on kaaza.
I get super slow speeds only seen on 56k modems when downloading something on kaaza. The only time when I get normal speeds is between 3:00 am and 9:00 am do you get the same? is something wrong with my computer? is buckeye-express behind this?.
