You recommend to have this set as 4096. Now is this for only ram under so many MBs? Say, 256? If I had a larger compacity say 512 would it be a wise choice to double the size of the 4096 buffer?

Try INTERNET EXPLORER! IT has restricted sites on it. All you have to do is go to that website right click the page go to PROPERTIES copy the URL then put it in your restricted sites under the SECURITY TAB!
