Just an update, the Netgear AC1200 was easy to configure with its GUI. My thru put has gone from 6 MBPS to 17 MBPS(download) by replacing my old Netgear RP114. Not a bad investment considering I am paying for 15 MBPS internet service.

Settled on a Netgear AC1200 for $59.00. I will likely turn off the radio and just use the 1 GIG lan ports.

I am presently using an old Netgear RP114 to get by. It limits my download speed quite a bit. I probably will check out something from Netgear. I had a DLink router and a 1 GiG switch and had the power supplies quit on both and the units lasted for about a year after replacing power supplies.

I would appreciate any recommendations on a new router to replace my failed Dlink DGL4100 wired router.
