There is no big difference though imo. I prefer 2x2 just for simplicity and it is easy for future upgrade.

I got the GTX660. It has the same 192-bit memory interface as the GTX460 768MB but It has a lot more memory bandwidth than any GTX460.

Gigabyte is slightly cooler and is silent. It has not always performed the best but it has generally been solid. I usually recommend them to friends that are using them for everyday use.
