Plain and simple; when I install my sound card drivers and reboot, I lose the option to do a Hibernate.
Sound card is a Aureal au8810.
OS is Windows ME
MS6199VA motherboard

AGP 4X on Savage4
My computer supports AGP Bus Transfer Rate up to 4X(MAX), and was wondering if at all it does anything?
Also, I can tweak this w/ a Savage tweaker, or do I have to do it in the BIOS?

I read that DSL can still get slow at peak times, but even then it still isn't being shared, never ever, not in a billion years that it will be shared.

I assume you have BellSouth FA. No? Then what do you have and what are the advertised speeds? What do you normally download at(kb/s)? What are you currently downloading at(b/s)?

Is a shorter wire really better?
The reason I ask is that I get worse on 12ft of wire(connected to an inline coupler[it connects two 4pin wires together]) and better with 50ft(single wire) with 6pins. Any Ideas?

Oh, 32 bytes issue...well, look below;
ping -l xxxx google.com
Xxxx represents your MTU. THat is not an I, it is an ell. I get 0% on DSLR, I did more than just one test. You might want to do more than one and add up and get the average.

Heh...Sound Card, no IRQ
We just got ADSL and the sound card has a problem, but it still works though. I uninstalled the old V90 modem. The card is s'posed to be on 12IRQ, but no IRQ is assigned.
Not a problem, just weird.
