Are you using Crucial memory with that? I have read around that there seems to be a problem with the way that board reads the spd of the memory. If you have another memory chip, try it with that or manually set the mem spd's. Just an idea.

I had this problem with photoshop 6. The Adobe Gamma, which loads during start up of photoshop, did not like my monitor for some reason. I set it to default/plug and play monitor and it worked fine. You might want to give that a try.

Sysedit Bog Down

When I try to enter Sysedit to do a lil tweaking it loads the bogs down so I can't do anything. I bring up the task manager and it says it is using 99% of the cpu. Any clues as to why this is? I have XP Pro.

Yeah, they are nice, I have a set of the as well and actually had to turn down the bass a hair because they thump so well. My roomies and neighbors were getting a bit annoyed :D The DOD 2.0 menus sound like my room is exploding.

Hey all,

For some reason my upload is quite slower then it should be. It should be 128kbps but the best I have been able to achieve is about 80. My download is right on target, just my upload is bad. Is there anything I can do to speed it up a bit?

If you are looking for sound quality for music, I would go with the Klipsch. The have a much clearer and undistorted low tones and nice clean high tones, even at higher volume levels. Maybe a shot in the dark, but since you said it happened after you hit the reset button, try disconnecting the resest button from the motherboard. Not sure why it would beep like that if that was the problem, but you never know.

I have noticed that as well. In my area they did the switch in a matter of minutes, which amazed me. Ever since then my speeds seem to be better. Maybe I should call and complain ;) Damn them doing a good job and giving me nothing to complain about.

Hi all,

When I download, it seems download in bursts. Downloads for a second, pauses for a second then downloads for a second and so on. Bit on the annoying size. I have tried a couple different rwin settings to no avail. I am on @home :rolleyes: cable. Any help would be much appreciated.
