I have NAV 2001 on my computer also. and i noticed that my computer was screwing up alot so i decided that i better scan with something else. so i found eSafe.com and they have a *FREE* scanner/firewall/whatever. and it found BO2k and SubSeven. and i was a lil suprised that NAV didn't find it ...

(32.5 KBytes/s) ...you were right about 30k a second. i would recommend ...

Yea, Proxy's practically "neuter" your web-browsing speed. good for safe browsing though...but who wants to be safe but going slow? get a firewall, i recommend ZoneAlarm. :sleep:

Yea, looks like your Default Receive Window is a little low. that number was even too low for my cable modem. some of us aren't as lucky as others to have a T-3 though. :(
