ISA 2004 standard.

i have a weired issue, which concluded as follows.
i use a tool called linguistic toolbox "LTB" which requires connection to the internet, i use ISA server to access the internet as a proxy server.
i use a real DNS IP as my primary DNS server and it works fine with other tools like logoport and by ...

1-are the two PCs connected directly? if so then you have to get a special cables called cross over cables which are used to connect two PCs directly without a switch.
2- if you are connected through a switch so check if the cables are sending and receiving well.
