Sounds like your laptop is having no problem associating with the router but you are not obtaining IP information. I'd start there.

Along with Checking your IP configuration, I would also check any wireless Routers around you and make sure your on a seperate channel then your neighbors as channel ...

The problem I've seen with N is it doesn't seem to have the concentric circle type of layout. With G as signal strength diminishes, it compensates with a lower throughput, with N it's an all or nothing type of scenerio, at least that's been my experience, unless changes have been made to compensate ...

With the enhanced speed of N-Routing there's also a loss in effective range, despite the claims that it isn't so :) . I ...

This sounds like an issue on the workstation side. Something possibly could have happened to your settings on your workstation that is not allowing you to connect to the email server, the possibilities are almost endless.

Couple things worth trying, Clean out all temp files. Another thought ...

I think you're going to run into issues here from experience. Most administrators don't like the idea of fixing a wheel that seems to be working fine. A good modem will help (not the cheapy types), depending on the manufactorer there are tweaks available that might allow you to tweak some of the ...

I'm having a problem finding any documentation on this particular problem. :rtfm:

Currently have a Ipsec Client to Router Configuration. Bandwidth is an issue and I'm trying to come up with a solution as Ipsec Client Software is limited to 64k. Both Client and Router have high speed available to ...

7pm to 11pm are primetime for network traffic as people have come home, eaten dinner, and instead of watching tv they wander the internet. I think the performance drop is due to network congestion due to overuse of whatever pipeline you are using to connect. Perhaps a neighbor or someone else comes ...
