only when downloading

my wireless internet keeps turning it self on and off, it only last for about 30 seconds max but it mean neither me nor my brother can play online games. he my router logs and the reset thing happened 6+ time during this time

Edit: i'm on virgin media 20mb broadband and do download with azureaus ...
