As per my message above, I've manually tweaked the Advanced/Priority settings, and I decide to reload my First Backup file again. I look at the list in the final confirm window and it says "old values: 273,244,208,209" "New Values ...

Why does TCPAnalyzer say that i have:
TTL(left)=115 RWIN=8484 and MTU=1454 but TCPOptimiser says I have no (or "null"?) values for these items ?

That's one of the ones i've been trying, the first time it said i was going at 524/78, but 4 subsequent tests are all around 425/56-103 ...
