Having problem getting subscribed speed.
Hello I am new here, but I have been using Tcp Ip optimizer 2.0.3.0 for awhile now. I am paying for 8.0mb download and 500 K upload. I have the slider set for 8000 and optimal settings, but when I run a speed test the most I get is like 6.8mb...What other tricks could I use to get my subscribed ...

Hello. I am using cable one internet access. I have the 3 meg package. I was wondering if there is a way to get more megs without having to do much. Or am i limited to what I am paying for..
