Yeah i also have a 3Meg Charter Connection and its really annoying and irritating because im getting a extremely slow download speed.
You should be happy u get anywhere near 500 :) I used to get like 350-400 and i was extremely happy with that and now im getting slow times.

I am not sure if this is possible but here goes.

Ok i have an Ambitt Modem But i dont think thats relevant. (just in case i stated it)

Anywho it has a USB connection and i connected it to the computer and it worked. So i then connected my Enet connector to the Xbox and the DNS on xbox says failed ...

Hello im a noob here and i wanted to fix my internet connection.

I believe it is a 3 Meg connection and if i remember corectly i used to download at 250 KB/Sec + At least (Good enuf for me) Anyways now im downloading at 40 KB/Sec TOPS.
So its really irritating.
