Still there...might be that one server?.

I've been reading around and it seems that this widescreen mode actually cuts off about 240 verticle pixels and is basically a shortened 4:3 mode. I've got a good pic to show it as well but I can't be arsd posting it as it's late.

A64 3400+
X800XTPE
2GB Corsair LL RAM

I getting between 30-40 fps. I didn't notice any ghosting on GTR which supports 1920x1200, or likewise SanAndreas for that matter.
Might just be poor ATI drivers.

I've just looked at a screenshot I took two minutes ago and compared it to earlier ones and it's come up as a widescreen pic instead of the usual squares ones...so I guess that means sucesss. :thumb:
Just now flying around in a jet produced some blue-ish outlines on objects as I made turns...damn I ...

It didn't work, still that oval HUD.
Plus I get CTD when I change the Video.con in the '0001' folder to 1920x1200.

I changed every .con file I could find that had a resolution figure in it and still no luck.

I guess it's just down to my PC configuration or something. So much for buying a 24''.

Ok I'm definetly not on the right track..when you say ''add to the shortcut''..I'm taking this to mean the BF2 icon that's labelled ''BF2'', you right click - go into properties and in the white box(nothing that says ''Target'') you input the stuff...BUT...
when I put in exactly what you listed it ...

Can someone clarify for a complete idiot such as myself how you input the command line to get a display of 1920x1200? - possibly with a picture showing the command being inputted?
