Could be a few things.. some point to a memory problem - try pulling one stick of mem out at atime and testing with memtest. Or sounds like hard drive is failing.. might have to replace it.

Help me build my new PC.

I'm gonna build a new PC & i wanna know what size PSU i should get.

I'll be running XP on it for now
I may "downgrade" to Vista ;)

I got the connector today and it works fine. The only thing is VLC player anally rapes my CPU. Fortunately Media Player Classic works fine. Anyone know how I can fix VLC.

VGA.
Who ever dreamt up the DVI and all its different types should be slapped... Hard... in the nuts. I just ordered the connector. I’ll let you know if it works.

The picture is the DVI on my gfx card. I've read up on the DVI connector and what i found out was this is a DVI-I dual link connection.

I have changed the display setting on nvidia control panel with no luck.
On the "Set up multiple displays" It has both monitor and tv, so I set it to dualview. Only the display in the VGA works.

EDIT
I found out It's a DVI-I on the card and i got a DVI-D cable.

I just got a nvidia 7300gt but i can't get dual monitor to work.
I connected monitor 1 to the VGA and monitor 2 to the DVI. The monitor in the VGA works, but the monitor in the DVI don't.

Sharing problem

I got a laptop the other week and I want to share the printer that is connected to my pc. But I can't access my pc with my laptop it asked for a username and password. But when I try to access laptop with my pc it works fine.

I was wrong. When i open my documents (has no video file in it) it's fine, i open my videos (has a video in it) and it shuts the window/folder. and put sp2 and afew of those anti-virus (not at the same time) and it hasn't help

program shuts down

I'm having problems with my PC, every time i try to open My Videos (and others) folder with a program (any/all) it shuts the program down. i can open the folder up by clicking on the my docs folder and it fine.

Check ur bios to see if there is a setting to run the ram at a % like 60/70/80% that way u can have your fsb at 200 and ur ram at 166.

I can't find it that
