How do I find my rated speed for COX?


Here are my settings:


TCP options string = 020405b40103030201010402

MTU = 1500
MTU is fully optimized for broadband.

MSS = 1460
Maximum useful data in each packet = 1460, which equals MSS.

Default Receive Window (RWIN) = 256960
RWIN Scaling (RFC1323 ...

Any settings I can check/set(Win98se) to increase upload speeds?

I get from 4-110.

I have cox cable and an SMC 4-port router.
My downloads are fine at 1500-2900.
