well I have slow runner here in atlanta and you guys with 3/4 mbit should be happy I'm stuck at 1.5mbit download 300kbit upload :-( I want more download speed

nah I have no backup isp but I think it's a problem on their end since I haven't changed the configuration at all since it's working days and my neighbors are experiencing the same problem
it only occurs within the time frame of 1pm -5pm then goes back to normal

Lets put it this way.....OOL is the best cable provider in the U.S. and now canada(not sure if it's in canada yet). Go with OOL they have the best speeds and service. Read the reviews in DSLReports and you'll see. If OOL was available here I'd change without thinking about it I mean come on compare ...

here are my RR speeds and they are ok I guess nothing special compared to you high flyers but what can I say the state I live in has probably the worst cable infastructure in the U.S.

230k/s is a great speed considering the fact that I can barely get 180k(my cap) and that's only when downloading from an OC connections....enjoy the speeds why they last man.

that test is highly inaccurate...go to www.dslreports.com and take their speed test for a more accurate reading.
I'm with RR and personally I think it sucks since I'm capped at 1500kbit

do your self a favor and run @home without aol...it's a disease to your tcp/ip and will slow you down and in your case just plain not work.
