Technicolor / Thomson SpeedTouch 620

details: Business Wireless DSL Gateway
hardware type: DSL Wireless Router
date added: 2010-02-10
updated: 2020-04-06
The SpeedTouch 620 is a wireless ADSL2/2+ router with one RJ-11 WAN port, four 10/100Base-T LAN ports and a single serial port. With the integrated ISDN back-up of the SpeedTouch 620, your customers will always be online: whenever the DSL-line is down, the router automatically redirects all traffic over the ISDN line.

The integrated access point complies with IEEE 802.11b/g standards, providing wireless transmission speeds of up to 54Mbps. It is WDS compatible and supports WEP and WPA/WPA2 wireless encryption. The SpeedTouch 620 uses WMM (QoS) to prioritize the traffic over the network.

This router provides VPN pass-through for IPSec, L2TP and PPTP. It features a built-in SPI firewall to protect the network from intruders and malicious attacks.
