Linksys RE6800

details: AC1750 Wi-Fi Range Extender
hardware type: Wireless Range Extender
date added: 2017-11-28
You can configure the RE6800 Range Extender to act as an AC access point to extend your home Wi-Fi and reduce dead zones. Access Point Mode allows you to add Wi-Fi capabilities to your existing home wired network.

Crossband Technology allows information to be obtained on one band and transmitted on the other, resulting in reduced dropped data packets, faster media transfer speeds, and a stronger, more consistent signal throughout your home.

To further improve connectivity and Wi-Fi speeds, the AC1750 uses Beamforming technology to focus the Wi-Fi signal directly to your smartphone, tablet, laptop, or other device.

The AC1750 Range Extender automatically receives firmware updates from Linksys as they are released, helping maintain up-to-date security.
