A groundbreaking new technology is set to revolutionize SIM connectivity, allowing us to pack multiple SIMs into a single card.

CSL Group has recently introduced the Resilient SIM (rSIM) technology, designed to provide always-on connectivity. Using patented technology, rSIM is capable of independently testing its own network connectivity and automatically switching providers during disruptions. It stores two independent mobile operator profiles on a single SIM card, ensuring that you always have a backup telecom connection available. This innovative technology has already garnered support from major players in the industry, including Deutsche Telekom IoT and Tele2 IoT.

The objective of these operators has been to collaborate to ensure that the smart devices that are connected in users' homes never stop being online. They think about, for example, situations in which there may be a drop in service and the connection may disappear. For this, this new sim card technology has the ability, in the absence of connectivity, to look for an alternative to connect to so that the devices remain online.

The company plans to develop a sim card version compatible with SGP.32 standards in 2025, integral to eSIM remote provisioning for IoT devices, particularly those with network or user interface limitations.
