On Friday, November 16, Verizon announced a new service, called "My Numbers." This program allows the user to add up to four numbers to a single device, allowing up to five in total. If the user chooses to add additional lines to their device, they'll get unlimited domestic calling and texting and will have to pay a fee per extra line.

All four numbers must be for domestic lines. Users can set different ringtones, notification tones and icons for each line, and even give them different names. This way, they will be able to quickly know which line an incoming call or notification belongs to.

"My Numbers is a great solution for entrepreneurs, customers with side hustles, and for those who just want the convenience and flexibility of having multiple phone numbers without the hassle of carrying around a separate phone," said Keena Grigsby, director of product marketing for Verizon.

To get started, download the My Numbers app from the Google Play or Apple App Store. Choose the number you wish to add from the available list and you're all set. Each added number costs $15 per line per month.
